initially ordered this MacBook Air, but unfortunately it had already been sold through another channel. That part of the experience was disappointing and could definitely be improved through better inventory management.

However, I really appreciate how the founder handled the situation afterward. They were transparent about what happened, patiently answered all of my questions, offered several replacement options, and worked with me until I found a different laptop that better suited my needs. The replacement I received was in excellent condition—almost like new—and exactly as described.

What started as a frustrating experience ultimately became a very positive one because of their honesty and willingness to make things right. I also genuinely appreciate the store's commitment to refurbishing quality devices and giving quality hardware a second life. It's a mission I can get behind, and I'll definitely be buying my future tech from this store again.
