Thank you for supporting the circular economy! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or official national holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or SMS.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship nationwide across the Philippines.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, airline space constraints, or localized transport restrictions.
3. Damaged Packages during Transit Humble Sustainability is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if caused strictly by third-party courier mishandling. However, we ensure all gadgets are packed with premium security bubble wrap and tamper-evident seals. If you receive your order damaged, please document the unboxing process immediately with an uninterrupted video and contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the courier company.
