Frequently Asked Questions

We are a recommerce company dedicated to Circular Tech. We speak from conviction: we believe good tech doesn’t need to go to waste. Our purpose is to keep quality gadgets in motion, not in landfills. When you shop with us, you are joining the Humble Movement—it’s about Circular Living, choosing to live smarter, not just buying newer.

We keep payments simple and secure through PayMongo. You can choose from a variety of payment methods that suit your needs.

Available Payment Options
  • Cashless Wallets: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and ShopeePay.
  • Bank Transfers: Online banking via BPI, UnionBank, BDO, Metrobank, and Landbank, or via QR Ph.
  • Cards: Visa & Mastercard (Credit or Debit).
  • Installments: BillEase or supported Credit Card installment plans.

Flexible Installments via BillEase

We partner with BillEase to offer our Humblers flexible payment terms.

  1. Select BillEase at the PayMongo checkout.
  2. Choose Your Plan: Log in to your BillEase account (or sign up instantly). You can customize your down payment and repayment frequency.
  3. Confirm & Settle: Review your terms and settle the required down payment to finalize your order.
  4. Popular Choice: Many customers prefer the "Pay in 4" option—pay 1/4 upfront and the rest in three bi-weekly payments (often at 0% interest!).

Q1: What does "Open-Box" mean?

Open-Box means the item was opened, but never really used. It is like new—just without the brand-new seal.

  • The product was typically unsealed due to a customer's change of mind after purchase.
  • Because the box was opened, we cannot sell it as "brand new".
  • This honest approach helps our Humblers get almost-new items at a better price.

Q2: What is the difference between "Unactivated" and "Activated" Apple units?
  • Unactivated: The device has not yet had an Apple ID logged in. This is a fresh unit that still includes the full 1-year Apple warranty.
  • Activated: The device was opened and registered with an Apple account, but it was not truly used. This usually happens when a customer decides to change units shortly after purchase.
