At Humble Sustainability, our mission is to keep high-quality tech in circularity. Because we deal with pre-loved, refurbished, and open-box electronics, our policy differs from traditional retail stores. Please read our guidelines below before making a purchase.
1. No Change of Mind Returns Due to the unique nature of second-hand inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for "change of mind" or if you dislike the cosmetic condition of the item, provided it matches the product grading tier listed on the website at the time of purchase.
2. 7-Day Replacement Warranty for Technical Defects We offer a strict 7-day replacement warranty starting from the date your tracking status shows "Delivered."
- This warranty only covers hardware or functional defects not explicitly mentioned in the product description (e.g., unexpected screen malfunction, battery failing to charge, or dead ports).
- It does NOT cover accidental damage, liquid intrusion, issues caused by unauthorized software modification (such as jailbreaking or rooting), or standard cosmetic wear-and-tear inherent to used devices.
3. Process for Return & Evaluation If your item is functionally defective:
- Contact us immediately at team@humblesustainability.com within the 7-day window. Provide your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear video evidence showing the defect.
- Once our team approves the return ticket, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to our facility in Mandaluyong City.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging (if any), accessories, and freebies provided, and must be logged out of all personal accounts (i.e., Apple ID, Google Account) with security locks removed.
4. Resolution (Replacement or Refund)

Replacement: If a defect is verified by our QA team, we will replace the item with an identical model or an item of equivalent value and grading.

Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable in our circular inventory, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (or bank transfer/E-wallet for COD orders) within 5–7 business days.
