1. Overview
This website is operated by Humble Sustainability. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Humble Sustainability. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Products & Grading System
You explicitly acknowledge that the products sold on this platform are second-hand, pre-loved, or open-box electronic assets sourced from corporate rollouts and individual liquidations.

All items are subject to varying degrees of cosmetic wear, which are clearly categorized into our standard condition grading (e.g., "Very Good", "Good").

Battery capacities on pre-loved items are subject to normal degradation and are not guaranteed to perform at 100% capacity compared to brand-new units.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.  

4. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international or local regulations, rules, or laws; or (d) to submit false or misleading information.  

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
